Very poor strategy from Airtel – it’s very unfortunate to see that we’re not getting any offers/coupons for Airtel from any of the e-wallets. I’ve been seeing the “monopolic” behaviour of Airtel and Airtel just helped in breaching the threshold. I’ve moved my number away from Airtel through MNP. Soon, I’ll be shifting my DTH to some other provider too. I am facing network issues for one 1 year and guess what I have 5 postpaid corporate connections and still no measures taken by Airtel to improve their services/network issues.
I also took 2 Vodafone postpaid corporate connections and when network issues propped then immediately sent over a team and within 4 days all issues where resolved. Now I am switching all the rest of my 5 connections to Vodafone…

Because of no airtel coupons/discounts on postpaid bill payments, i cancelled airtel 4G postpaid data connection and bought hathway broadband. Anyway there is no discount on airtel why we want to be with airtel.

Really it is disgusting. Every other users can get cashback offers on Paytm and Freecharge. We(Airtel Users) are the only unlucky one who does not have any benefits. I request everybody to port to other networks.So that company would understand the result of bad internal customer policies.

Airtel has stopped their cashback offers on paytm and freecharge, because airtel is getting big competition from other service providers nw adays, they are frightened with the 4G services will be offered from Reliance Gio . so many of airtel’s customers are porting their numbers to other operators, also since they are charging excessively with postpaid and prepaid users they are trying to earn max. revenue. by withdrawing offers from paytm , they proved that they are only tkers not givers, also they don’t offer any cashback on their app. I have recently port my number to idea which is far better than airtel in terms of data speed and call rates.

I am also from chennai and used airtel during chennai flood.. Near Gundy area.. we didnt had network for four days completely.. At that time – Idea was the one working in that area.. its not related to airtel quality and all.. depends on power outage area – conectivity was good.. Also understand that most of the network using the same tower to place their antenna.

But believe me this is the best network ever. I have experienced it.
I am from Chennai. And you all would have heard about the floods in Chennai. During floods all the mobile networks were disconnected for about a week. No one were able to contact anyone, everyone were worrying without network and power outage. But luckily all my family members are connected with Airtel for years and years. We, the proud AIRTEL customers never had network breakage during that worst floods. We were able to contact to our friends and relatives those who had Airtel connection. All others who had other networks were planning to switch to Airtel once Chennai is normal. This is an experiment on the Airtel network I say.
I personally wanted to write a letter to Airtel and thank them for their wonderful service.

I’ve recharged for 400 Rs and airtel published that 15% cash back. But after recharge it is telling if cash back amount exceeds only when 250 Rs. So cheating by Airtel. On Paytm they will pay back immdtly even if it is Airtel recharge.
And I’ve rechrged with 43 Rs for std @40 ps / min and it was worked for only 10 days not as said 30 days.
This is all cheting by such type of bullshit companies.

Yesterday on 2nd Aug. i recharge my airtel app, and got a offer for 15% discount on purchase from YEPME.com.
In the SMS voucher validity date was 31st Aug. 15, But when i called to customer care then the senior deptt. told me that this vousher was vailed till 31st july 15.
and when i told her to help me she completely delayed and not ready to talk.
it’s compleetly cheating by airtel.
