Read the T&C well, there is difference in between flat 50% and UP TO 50%. In the case you are then only you will get 50% but your cashback will always lie between Rs.20 and Rs.500.
Frecharge has rolled out so many specific coupons like RA50, RB50, RC50, RD50.
It is clearly mentioned Up to 50% and Min, Max cashback. It’s not mentioned as flat 50%. Also, it’s a wallet offer, not recharge offer. There is no such wallet offer by any provider tight now.

No way to link these account specific coupons with your email, this is totally automated process which is done by freecharge. You just recharge with other coupons if working and wait if they send you specific coupons.

Use other available debit/credit cards, sometimes it shows due to less success rate some error. Try adding money then proceed your recharge but in that you may miss some offers on FC as many coupons don’t work wallet balance.
